Frequently Asked
Questions.
Can I reserve an artwork?
Unfortunately, pieces cannot be reserved without payment due to high demand. All items remain available until they are purchased.
Do you restock sold artworks?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind, so once sold, they aren’t recreated. However, new collections, series and merchandise are added regularly, so keep an eye on the shop.
Do you offer digital downloads?
At present, Amy does not offer downloadable prints or digital files.

Yes. You can download or print the Terms & Conditions directly from the website for your own records.
Do I need to pay immediately when I place an order or can I leave a deposit?
All artwork and merchandise listed on the website must be paid for at the time you place your order. Orders cannot be processed without full payment.
What do I do if I have a question about my order?
The best way is to either complete the ‘Contact’ form on the homepage of the website, or you can email Amy directly on the address at the bottom of the webpage.
Why might my order arrive in more than one delivery?
Due to their size and fragility, large canvas artworks are shipped individually to ensure they are packaged securely and arrive safely. If more than one canvas artwork is ordered in a single purchase, shipping costs will increase accordingly, as each canvas must be sent as a separate shipment.
For smaller artworks and merchandise, items within the same order will, wherever possible, be packaged together and dispatched as a single delivery. This approach helps reduce excessive packaging, minimise transport emissions, and lower the overall environmental impact of each order.
Amy is conscious of the environmental footprint of her work and aims to make responsible choices wherever possible. By combining smaller items into one shipment and avoiding unnecessary materials, we can all play a small part in reducing waste and supporting more sustainable practices.
