By purchasing artwork or commissioning work from Amy Hinchliffe (formerly Amy Townend), you agree to the following:

1. Artwork Sales

• All listed artworks are original, one of-a-kind pieces.

• No prints of these artworks are sold unless explicitly stated.

• Merchandise products such as calendars may feature images of Amy’s artwork. These images are reproductions for product use only and should not be considered original artworks.

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

• No refunds or returns are offered.

• If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please get in touch. Amy is committed to ensuring a positive experience and will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
  

2. Commissions

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

• Commissions start only after the client provides full details via email: size, framing preference, and frame type (painted or non-painted oak).

• Timeline depends on size; a 150x120 cm framed canvas takes 8–12 weeks.
  

3. Shipping

• Artwork can be shipped internationally.

• Once dispatched, the artist is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays.
  

4. Copyright

• All copyright remains with Amy Hinchliffe.

• Clients may not reproduce or resell the artwork without permission.
  

5. Privacy

• Personal details are used only for sales, commissions, and shipping.
